Extra Trips - Trip Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions

By committing to an Old Gits Extra Trip you are agreeing to pay the amount published for that trip. That payment will consist of a deposit and a balance. Dates will be published as to when the payments need to be made but the default will be that the deposit will need to be paid at time of booking.

Hotels and crossings will not be booked until after the cut-off date.

Deposits will be returned, in full, if the number of people committing to the trip by the cut-off date does not meet the minimum number.

Deposits will be returned in full if it transpires it is not possible to book appropriate hotels or crossings for the required periods for the group.

Should you subsequently wish to cancel your trip then there will be no refund, and you will still be responsible for paying the balance of the trip.

You, and you alone, are responsible for all legal requirements, including motoring laws, associated with your trip. You are also responsible for any and all insurances and other such sundries required or felt necessary by you.

All key communications will be via e-mail, and you are responsible for ensuring that your e-mail is configured appropriately to accept the messages from any part of the old-gits.org domain.
