Description
|
We book the hotels, ferries, tunnel etc. for you. One of our
trip guides will ride the routes with you, highlighting some of the features along the
route. |

trip coordinators will be on the trip and will be at every hotel. They will share their
knowledge over dinner/breakfast. The trip coordinator may or may not ride with you. |

you with the route plans. After that, it’s up to you.

Group Sizes
|
Up to 6 bikes/10 people per trip including guide. |
Up to 9 bikes/12 people per trip including trip coordinator. |
This is entirely up to you. |
Riding Group Size
|
Groups will be kept to a maximum of 6 bikes, including the trip guide(s)
.
The trip guide will
do all that they can to keep the group together but should events on the road result in
the group being split then agreed rendezvous points will be used. |
The formation of ridding groups is entirely optional and will
be up to those on the trip, but we recommend no more than 4 bikes per group. Our trip
coordinator may accompany a rider or group but that will be agreed on the trip between the
trip coordinator and those on the trip. |
This is entirely up to you. |
Route Planning

Every rider will be given access to a clear route plan in
ITN, GPX or other standard mapping format, as the rider prefers. Access will be given to
an on-line shared route planning resource for all group members before and during the
trip. |

Hotels

Hotels will be booked in advance and will be 2 or 3 stars with good
Google (4.0+) reviews. Bookings will be Bed and Breakfast.
Rooms will be booked en-suite for single occupancy unless a Double or Twin is requested.
All bookings will be
made in the riders name and will be made with no cancellation option. |

standard ticket for the outbound service and a Standard-Plus for the return service.
Ferry bookings will
be for a specific date and time of service.
All bookings will be
made with no-refund should the service run on time, but the rider does not get to the
departure point within the times specified on the booking.
All bookings will be
made in the riders name and the rider will be responsible for all advanced passenger
information requirements |
